The formwork H20 beam clamp consists of u clamp and L&R hook or hex nuts. The U clamp is made of Q235 steel, the L&R hook is made of cast iron QT450-10.
Formwork H20 beam clamp is used in H20 timber beam system to connect timber beam onto steel waler.It is used to hold and secure fastening of timber beam and steel walings, and help to save time and cost.

First , Push the Flange clamps onto the timber beam H20.Second, Before tightening them to the steel waling, make sure that they are centrically positioned.Third, Gently tighten on one side. Tap the stirrup with a hammer to ensure that the clamp is sitting correctly.Forth,Tighten the clamp on the other side and tap the stirrup with the hammer. Fifth, Tighten the first side of the clamp completely.
